30. Look for shapes in the clouds
What do you see in this cluster of clouds?
Today we happened to have some perfect puffy cumulus clouds for looking for shapes. This cluster started out as an elephant, then looked like a teapot. Then we thought it looked like a dog. By the time I got my camera, it has shifted and was slightly covered, but here's the idea. I took the photo so we could point it out to Abe who wasn't sure what cloud we were referring to.
My outline looks more like a pig or fox or something, but hopefully you get the idea.

How did you draw that on your clouds?! So cute. I saw a Ziggy in the round cloud below and to the left. Great quiet activity--and you guys have those kinds of clouds often.
my heath and clouds. . .
i still have pictures you took of the clouds in college. it always makes me smile when you post about the sunshine, the mountains, or the clouds.
fun playdough activity. it makes me want to be more "crafty" with my kids. we get out and hike and bike ride but rarely pull out the crafts (i think they are so messy). thanks for being my inspiration.
