Our favorite healthy snack of the week is BLUEberries. Mary had recommended Dole Frozen Wild blueberries years ago. I finally found a gynormous bag at Walmart and I was delighted.
The kids like them frozen. I like them unthawed. I also love homemade fruit smoothies made with yogurt.
I thought it would be fun to research the health benefits of blueberries.

Amy and Mary have posted some tasty recipes from blueberry cookies to to-die-for blueberry muffins on the Family Recipe Blog. I'll have to try them out now that I have some sweet n' tasty blueberries.
