how to slice cheese

I got this knife for my birthday, and I'm here to tell ya, that it's the best way to slice cheese ... EVER! It slices soft cheese or hard cheese ... you can almost do it one-handed while holding a babe if needs be.  And Hannah can safely slice her own cheese because it's not dangerous or sharp.
