a BeaUtiFul oRdiNarY liFe

Sometimes I act like such a whiner about unimportant and silly things.

But when I sit back and think about my life, I realize there is nowhere I'd rather be than right here in this stage of motherhood.

Given - I'd take a more perfect personality, more patience, and a few more dollars to pay the bills, but overall I feel blessed with opportunities to improve and with the most important things in life like family, the gospel, and such.

Plus, when I look back on photos like this I think, "Man - there really is nothing major in my life to complain about?"

I came across a song a few weeks ago called 'ordinary' by Wayne Brady (see side bar 2nd song). Most of the song doesn't apply as it's a love song, but I love this part.

I've made a few banners like this to be framed and hung in my bedroom. Someday when that room is painted with photos on the wall, I'll take a picture and share.  I'm excited to wake up to cute photos instead of plain white walls.

Anyhoo... just a reminder to myself that my life is siMpLy beaUtiFul and oRdiNarY in good ways.
