There are a multitude of appropriate titles for this post today:
~Don't let this happen to you
~And the cream of chicken came down, down, down
~Let this be a lesson to you
~At least we have food storage
This mess, I suppose, is what happens when food storage exceeds appropriate shelf weight. I only added a few minor items this morning but it must have thrown it all off.
It wasn't an utter disaster I suppose because the room really needed a cleaning. I had shoved a bunch of random boxes on the side by the buckets that needed to be sorted.
And I really needed to take inventory of what I had in storage. It's amazing to think that even with this storage (which is about 100 times what we've ever had before), there really is more we ought to have to have a balanced diet to eat/rotate. sigh...
This is what happens when you spend 1 1/2 hours putting it all back together again. Now I just need to have Jimmy fix the shelf that is slanting. ay-ay-ay!
Can I count this as my daily exercise?
My date with Jimmy tonight will be very, very welcome! Go California Pizza Kitchen!

Sorry about your shelf. It looks neat and organized when it's all cleaned up. I need a food storage like that. Okay really, I need to start a food storage.
Wow-really impressed with the end result-looks like it was a bit of work :) Good thing Jimmy came to the rescue and took you to dinner. That was well needed and deserved.
isn't it nice when life provides a work out session for you? Who needs the gym when you can take care of a house and watch over kids.
Oh! So sorry! Great job on your food storage though. And I love that you on weekly dates with Jimmy. Do you have a wonderful babysitter? That's our problem here. Babysitters are hard to come by. But you're a good example to me of making your marriage a priority. I was actually just telling Dave about it last week and how we need to do the same. Hope you had a nice relaxing time together at California Pizza Kitchen!
PS. Brenner's sweater was from GAP. I splurged on his church clothes, I haven't done that before for any of my kids but when I saw it I couldn't resist! :)
I love California Pizza Kitchen and yes, at least you have food storage. I'm trying to catch up but it's a slow process.
Hmm, disaster! But looks great after your cleanup efforts!
