"Simply put I want to feel lighter and more energetic and more appreciative of the non-material blessings that abound in my life and I think that a short and concentrated effort on my basic physical needs will allow me to find more awareness for my mental, emotional and spiritual conditioning as I head into this busy and blessed holiday season." Stacy Julianok - i might sneak in a cup of hot chocolate or two. after all, i just bought mini candy canes and it is the season for warm liquids. just being realistic and up-front about that. :)

If I can also have hot cocoa, i'm IN baby!!!
I've been doing this for 8 days now (only with an hour of working out) and while my body might be grateful (even though it looks the same), my mind is screaming for chips, chocolate, cookies, etc. I'm working on the whole 'mind over matter' thing these days...
I miss food!!!
So, uh - good luck with that.
I am there already with sleep and exercise, it's the sugar that will be hard. We will see!
Gosh I don't know that I can do it. It's funny though, I've been trying to eat better lately but my reward is a cup of hot chocolate at night.
Go you! Giving up sugar would not make a me a nice person. :)
I don't know if you've read these "going sugerless" tips posted on the Lazy Organizers blog, here's the link, http://www.lazyorganizer.com/blog

good luck with this challenge. Last year I was able to do it for a month and now I wish I would have kept up with it.
Love it! Count me in! All I needed was a little support. Thanks, Betsy
