Step 3 of ending my frumpiness problem was to hop on the treadmill. I decided March is my month to change my habits and be healthy. I only walked for 20 minutes but it's a start. When I make an effort to exercise, it somehow makes eating junk food seem EXTREMELY non-helpful in the calorie department. And I actually feel like drinking water when I'm thinking healthy. So - here's to the beginning of my healthy spring.... hopefully!

I love inspiration. This is something that really helped me... although I am not a runner like you. I made a chart numbered 1-100 with a little square for each number and my goal is to walk or run 100 miles by june. (That was at the beginning of January). So yeah, it is really fun for me to mark it off after I get on the treadmill and I made it all pretty and everything. It hangs on my fridge. Ok... it's not very pretty but it does the job! Good luck.
