Because Mary still doesn't believe that I am 32 weeks pregnant, I thought I better show the frumpy reality of my size (as silly as I feel posting this photo). Generally I attempt to hide behind the kids or smash them next to me as to hide anything behind my belly. But honestly, I really am getting big - just ask all the people at church who keep asking when I'm due. My hips and back are feeling the weight and I definitely have that awesome pregnancy waddle. I know - very attractive! I've gained 18 lbs thus far and realize that I have several (or oodles) more to go in the 7 1/2 weeks I have left. But overall, I am doing well with this pregnancy as there have been no complications. Baby Bean is moving around quite a bit and I almost always have a little foot poking out on my right side. What Fun Adventures of Motherhood!!! Yesterday I watched my friend's one-year-old and he was the cutest and sweetest little guy. It really made me excited to have a new little baby boy in our home soon. I love these precious spirits that join our families and remind us of the purity of heaven.

This would be... yep, The Frumpy Reality

You look great Heather. Seriously. If I could make it to 32 weeks only having gained 18 pounds, I would be in heaven. Isn't it lovely when people at church tell you how big you are?
Okay, okay. I hereby acknowledge that you are pregnant. Still, how am I even remotely related to anybody who can hide it so well AND look so cute all at the same time? So not fair, but since I'm not planning any babies I'll just be happy that you are so blessed with that cute quality.
Heather - you really really really are so cute! I am impressed that you have only gained 18 lbs. I won't tell you how much I gained because it is embarrassing, but is was a LOT more that 18 - even if you do have 7 more weeks to go. Good luck.

Only 18 lbs! Heather! You're amazing. What a cute belly! You look great! I love what you said about these precious spirits that join our famillies and remind us of the purity of heaven. New babies are so pure. The time spent with them right after they are born is so full of light and awe. I'm so happy for you and can't wait for you to hold him in 7 weeks!
Thanks for the prego picture, it is fun to see you pregnant, you look great. I love babies. If I could handle more kids I would have tons and tons, but I really think I am in over my head with three. Besides I really do not enjoy being pregnant, I just love, love, love them as babies.
You do look great. And 18 lbs! I wish that is all I have gained. I am along with Ang. in gaining a lot, lot more than that. Good luck with the last 7 1/2 weeks.
