Our 'Spooky' Monsters

Inspired by Annalise's Monster 'Emma', Hannah and Abe made some monsters to decorate our front door for the HallOwEEn season - seeing as we have no Autumn or Halloween decorations at all (if you can even believe it!). Hannah named her's Jumpy and Abe's is named Boo-ey. Hannah thinks those very 'spooky' names. I'm really not a huge fan of Halloween, dressing up, or decorating with scary things (I know, what a party pooper I am), but luckily the monsters turned out semi-friendly (though not quite as charming as sweet Emma Monster).

Very cute/scary monsters guys! I love Abe's tongue roll in the third picture. Kyle is the only one of my kids who can do that trick. Awesome!

These turned out very cute! I need to make some of these with my kids. I love Halloween. Almost every year Drew and I and the kids dress up all together. We start planning our costumes in August! It is a huge deal around our house. Last year we went as characters from Star Wars. It is so fun. I don't like scary things but I love the pumpkins and fall colors.

What a fun activity for the kids. Way to go Heather! Any cute ideas for a 18 month old?

Oh, and I love that they are about the same height!
