The Chore Chart - part 2

Some of you asked about the chore chart. Here are the details.

Clipart - Long ago I found Chore Chart and Job Chart ClipArt at http://www.pccrafter.com/.

The charts are printed at 11x17 on 80 lb white cardstock and then laminated. I took the digital image to a printing company (like Kinkos or a local place)

I used sticky back velcro circles (from Walmart) to attach the little chores.

My newest idea is to make it the size of a calendar - 14x24 and slide it into one of those calendar holder frames. Then you could easily replace the chore chart and it would be easily secured to the wall (my thumb tacks are already pulling out from the tugging on the velcro pieces).

I think the chore chart will be a work-in-progress for our family. I can already see a few changes coming - like a few days off for my sake. I'm not making any plans to sell these since I really don't own any of the rights to the images. But we'll see what we can do - in time - to get a generic one available here on the bloggie for anyone interested.
