Hannah's wish came true - a Snow Day. It was tricky to make a snowman since the snow wasn't very wet - surprisingly. A snow day may not seem like a big deal to most people, but we only get snow once a year if we're lucky. All the schools were cancelled too. I know that I've become a wimpy-winter-person because I didn't want to take the car out today. I suppose that is more because I don't trust Memphian Drivers in the snow. But we'll enjoy the snow from our backyard and out the windows for it won't last long. And a snow day is always a good reason to have cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate. Yummy!
Abe loved the snow from a distance but kept trying to escape back indoors. He spent most of his time brushing the snow off his boots. But once we started running around playing tag, he enjoyed it a bit more.

I loved these pictures of them playing in the snow. So cute! I liked their snowman and the heart footprints. Everything you do and teach them is so full of love, they will always know how much you love them. What a cute family you are. I love how Abe kept trying to keep the snow off his boots. Porter's favorite thing this winter has been to eat the snow off his boots, even if it's yucky snow from stepping in the garage. Yuck! I'm glad you got to have a snow day. :)
