For me it is definitely an adventure to make rolls. I LOVE homemade rolls, but because I don't do it often enough it sure takes a lot of energy. And these rolls were even from the Lion House Roll Mix. :) All was going well until I rolled them out and realized I definitely needed to cut the dough in half so all the rolls weren't too thick. Then I had springy dough. But in spite of the shaping dilemmas, I thought the rolls turned out rather scrumptious.
And poor little buddy Abe woke this morning with a runny nose. He was quite a grouch and not feeling well today. I kept trying to convince him that laying down and resting was the best option. He agreed when we put Peter Pan on. Just a few days ago I told 2 people how glad I've been that we've been so healthy. And I just knew because I said it out loud, that some sort of sickness could hit. Hopefully it won't be too drawn out for little Abe.
