Friends-PJs-Blessings

Tuesdays are play days for Hannah with her friends and today it was at our house. The girls were gracious enough to let Abe join in and he was elated. The did a performance, played with toy tools, ran around with stick horses, and had a pet store. Later on, Hannah put on her comfy cozy jammies and helped Abe decide to wear his Go-Diego-Go jammies. They were so bright and cheerful, I wanted to take a photo. They ran around with blankets as capes and I gave them glow bracelets from Halloween. They have had too much energy to burn since it has been rainy outside for a few days. Hopefully this afternoon was a good distraction from tv for them. Oh... and speaking of blessings... well, not really, but here goes...Jimmy nearly got in a horrible accident today. Someone ran a red light and nearly whammed into our car and he just couldn't do anything about it. I feel so blessed that he was okay and that our brakes were finally fixed so that he could stop. We only live 5 minutes from work, but I guess it helps me realize to appreciate every moment because life as we know it can change in an instant. We are BLESSED!
