Apple Crisp

As many of you are aware, frequently when I make an effort to bake a tasty treat, something inevitably goes wrong. Tonight I made apple crisp and hoped it would be tasty. I used Fuji Apples which were hard but not too tart. Immediately after dinner, I had a serving so I could eat it warm. And may I just say that it was the best apple crisp I've ever made. I went outside with the fresh cool autumn air and sat in the swing and watched the kids run around. It definitely was one of the shining moments for today. Posted by Picasa

That is the best looking apple in the whole world. Good cooking, Heather-and good job enjoying an autumn pleasure!
