He's 8 months old. He has 1 tooth.
He picked up crawling last week and can go pretty fast.
He (unfortunately) finds crumbs on the floor and tries to eat them.
He growls at us.... probably because when the boys play/wrestle, they do a play growl. I keep trying to teach him sweet sounds like ma-ma & da-da so he won't growl. But he does have a cute growl.
Tru is one of our wiggliest babies. He can not hold still long enough to get his diaper changed. So what should be a 2 minute task takes 10 minutes. He always tries to crawl away sans diaper. That funny baby!
He is bossy. If we are eating without him, he honks, and squawks, and hollers until we feed him. He especially thinks he needs popsicles when the kids are having one.
He smiles a lot.
He's been hitting things lately like a drum... the stove, buckets, cans.
He can pull himself up on his knees. He's not yet standing strong by himself.
He sleeps for 11+ hours at night. Awesome! He takes 2 (sometimes 3) naps each day.
He likes his bottle. He likes baby food. He still doesn't love chunky foods very much.
Tru likes the kids. He gets a huge smile on his face and waves his arms when he is greeted by the kids and Jimmy.
ok - Tru likes his mama too. Alot.
It is so fun to have a little baby around. I'm not sure what I'll when I don't have a teeny-tot to kiss 50 times a day. Baby snuggles are the best.... even wiggly baby snuggles.
We're glad for Tru! He cheers our hearts.
