This is an awesome picture that pretty much sums Truman up right now at this age. (plus, see those cute little toes all curled up. I could gobble baby feet all day long.)
He also loves to gum lots of little toys. Sometimes I think he's teeth might be starting to bug him, but sometimes he seems just fine.
He's just started doing pretty well sitting up by himself. He still does a few nose dives, but he's getting stronger. This week he's started doing some major push-ups to strengthen those arms for crawling.
He does pretty well playing in his pack-n-play. I put it in the kitchen when I'm cooking. He's my kitchen buddy. I love hearing him babble and play.
He also loves Max. Sometimes Max will walk up and Tru will just start laughing. Then it makes Max laugh. And they just laugh at each other. I'm glad for that bit of sunshine in our house.
I've been making efforts to feed Tru more baby food. I don't know why this time around it seems hard to squeeze it in. I do need to keep more bibs handy. Oops! Tonight he was fussing when he saw me getting his food ready. He really must have wanted it. Then almost every single bite he shuddered and nearly gagged. Then he'd open up for more... and shudder. He is a funny baby.
Lastly... the cutest thing Tru says is dah-dah-dah. He's getting a loud voice and can project very well.
And I ought to knock on wood or something... but the last 2 nights Tru has slept 12 hours each night. That's an all-time record. I love it!
Tru is a sweet baby. He's turning into a mama's boy... but he's a good, good baby who is pleasant most of the time. We love our T. Gerald.
