thursday in a nutshell

A Bunch of randoms for today since I finally pulled out my camera and took a few photos of our normal life:

Hannah was able to see her cute friend Abbey from Tennesse. They are kindred spirits!

Max trying with all his might to get the flat magnets off the fridge ... then ACHIEVEMENT ... a smile ... 30 seconds later, he'd stick them on the fridge again ... and try once again with all his might to get them off. It kept he and I entertained for a good 30 minutes.

I looked out the window and saw this 2-year-old boy shoveling our driveway ... and then the road. When I warned him to be safe and stay out of the road, he went full speed running down the middle of the road pushing his shovel.... never to return again.

How could I have forgotten about forts?  We built a great fort on the bunkbed and the kids loved the glow sticks. That is a great activity that can entertain for hours. Max loved his first Fort and light stick experience. The poor tot just tries to keep up with Hannah and Abe and follows them everywhere.

Sunset - a glorious one unedited.  Sigh...

A good day - a tired mommy - more sunshine - hopefully happy kids.
