it's a very dangerous game, you see

Promise you won't laugh - okay - Promise?

Soooooo, remember the time that Heather was playing charades with the fam after Christmas and she blew-out her shoulder from acting out 'popping a balloon'. Ummm yeah - that was pretty much a groovy moment in her life.

It would be totally and completely hilarious if it didn't hurt so bad. She's all in tears mostly from pain but also from complete embarrassment. After all, Heather wasn't cliff-jumping, snow skiing, bungie jumping, or rock climbing... she was just trying to be a fun mom and all by dramatically acting the part.
cha·rade
Pronunciation: \shə-ˈrād\
a word represented in riddling verse or by picture, tableau, or dramatic action

So now Heather is left with a gimpy-limpy arm. She feels like she is in one of those classroom experiments when you tie one of your limbs to your body so you can experience life with a disability.

The upside: Heather is discovering that leftie arm can do so much more than she ever thought. It's not coordinated or strong, but it can clean the mirrors and wipe down the bathroom. It can even sort laundry. Way to go Leftie!

Unfortunately Leftie cannot do things as quickly so hopefully rightie shoulder recuperates from tendonitis very soon.

p.s.  ever seen Seinfeld when Jimmy talks in 3rd person?  i saw it the other day ... and was extremely grateful that my Jimmy didn't talk like him.  phew.

the end

I'm sorry I laughed on the phone the other day. It was WITH you though - not at you. Right? Hope you mend quickly.
