Well Mr. Max is tall and skinny (just like his dad) according to his stats:
height: 30 1/2 in (75%)
weight: 21 lbs 4 oz (25%)
head: 47 cm (75%)
Nice Long Nap. Happy Birthday song cha-cha-cha style about 5 times.
Dinner of potato & carrot soup (selected by the birthday boy himself? wait... maybe I was confused about his head nodding and head shaking. he mostly rolls it in a circle in confusion about yes or no anyways). Here's a video to show what I'm talkin' 'bout (apologies for the dorky mom voice):
On Sunday we had a cake for Mighty Max with Paul & Julie. Julie helped decorate the top. We did it in about 5 minutes but she pulled out the Baskin Robbins Cake Decorating skills on the 'M' (seen as a 'W' by Abe). You can see he's thrilled beyond belief about blowing out his candles (which Abe & Hannah took care of for him). And the last photo is him trying to spew forth his cake because he didn't like it. He also has a rockin' root beer leak on his shirt from dinner. Oh yeah - the life of a babe after 7 p.m.!
Tonight: Adventure to see the lights at Thanksgiving Point. Hannah read us if you take a mouse to the movies. Abe ate popcorn, squinted at my flash, and performed Rudolph. Max drank a bottle and might have even enjoyed the lights as he was actually watching out the window of the car. I personally thought overall it was a fast fun family activity that I would do over in future years.
Max didn't care about seeing the reindeer but he thought it was really funny that Jimmy was wearing a hood.
Happy Birthday Mighty Max. Welcome to the realm of birthday celebrations.

How happy that little smile is! Jimmy looks great in a hood.
We did the Thanksgiving Point light thing, too, how fun to have something like that so close to us!
