But tonight I scored a sa-weet deal on Paint. Well, I thought it was a pretty good deal anyhow.
We bought 10$ off a 25$ purchase Lowe's coupon on Ebay for like $1.But since Home Depot will accept Lowe's coupons, I decided I wanted to buy Behr paint and use the coupons.
And since it's Memorial Day Paint Sale, I saved an additional 5$ on each gallon (rebate).
Tonight I just bought 3 Gallons and the extra paint gear.
I made 3 separate transactions so I could use 3 different coupons and save a bundle.
So on each can of $24 paint, I saved $9 from the coupon (since I really need to subtract the price I paid on Ebay) and $5 rebate = $10 for 1 Gallon Behr Satin Paint ...
Sooooo it was only $30 for all my paint which is just $6 more than one normal-priced gallon. Aren't y'all proud of my planning to get the deal!
I'm going to try and paint a little tomorrow and make sure I like the neutral tan color I selected and then go back and buy some more of the tan and colors for the kiddies rooms. Hurray for a good deal on paint.

WOW! Score! I love getting deals. I don't mind spending money, but I like to hold on to it if I have the option.
We just purchased a $1200 gift card to Smith's because they are offering and extra 10% value added to the card....So that's like getting a week and a half's groceries for free. I clip coupons, but I could never clip enough to get that kind of value off.
