Sigh of Relief and Satisfaction

You know when you empty the dishwasher from the previous day's wash at 10:30 p.m...

And then you pile in the counter full of gooby dishes...

And you start to breathe a sigh of satisfaction and relief that your counters are finally visible...

And you've gotten the dishwasher utterly and perfectly balanced...

And then you glance at the dining room table and see dishes from last night's dinner crepes and today's lunch dishes of macaroni & cheese and dried up peas and blueberries.

And so you dig in and conquer the table and make it all sparkly clean.

And once more attempt to rebalance the dishwasher load.

And finally at 11:00 p.m. you can breathe your final sigh of satisfaction and relief that you don't have to do dishes anymore...

until 8 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Good night.
Sleep Tight.
Wake up Bright
in the Morning light
to do what's right
with all of your might.

It is nice to know that happens to other people and not just me... Don't you just hate those people whose house is ALWAYS clean???

I getcha, Heather! What is up with dishes that seem to multiply? You gotta love a sparkling kitchen, huh? Even if it only stays that way for a brief moment . . . .

Dishes...It's a battle here too.
