"In the end... only KINDNESS matters"

Recently someone did something for me that was an unexpected surprise... one of those things that totally brightens your day and makes you SMILE. I have a lot of people in my life that SHARE JOY this way. I've been thinking about the 'pay it forward' idea. I was reminded how fun it is to receive a service and also how good it feels to think of others and do something about it.

So, here is a challenge to myself and anyone who happens to read this:

Pass along a kindness. Think of something that someone has done for you - as little as a smile or 'hello' to a yummy treat or babysitting, etc... and do that same thing (or something else nice) for somebody else.

"Do something nice for somebody else....
that's the way to feel happy... joyful...gladly...
It doesn't have to be something grand...
Don't be afraid it won't hurt if you try it.
Do something nice for somebody else... lah, la, la, la..."

(Do y'all know that song from 'I'm a Mormon' songs from my kiddie days?)

If I could tell the world just one thing it would be that were all okay.

And not to worry because worry is wasteful and useful in times like these.
