This may seem a silly thing to note but it's a first for us. We've always had a car payment and never paid off a car in full because we've just had to trade in for a larger vehicle.UNTIL NOW...
We used part of our tax refund to pay off our Toyota Sienna today. It was a whopping $370/month. Ouch! Even though we still have a smaller car payment for Jimmy's car, I'm so glad to be paying things off. Yay!

Hooray for you! We only have 4 more months to pay on our Sienna. I still think it's so funny that we have the same vehicle. I'd forgotten that it could look so clean. Look at those shiny windows!
I wish our windows were that clean. If only that were really our car. I borrowed an internet photo. :)

How funny, we did the same thing with our tax refund. Don't you just love getting rid of debt? It's one of the best feelings ever!
Oh Heather! That is wonderful! It's such a nice feeling. When Dave sold a house last year we were able to write a check out for our Sequoia. It's so nice not to have a monthly payment. The only bad thing is now Dave says we have to drive it for the next 25 years... :)
