I happened upon some tips for buying shutterfly photobooks that is making me super excited. I may actually be able to print some of the scrapbook pages so my kids can see them (can you even believe I haven't printed any books for them with all the pages I've made!!). I've been waiting to figure out how to print them inexpensively. And I think I've found my solution.
You can buy Shutterfly coupon codes on Ebay for a steal. I needed to buy some books for a project and so I looked into it. I got six 8.5 x 11 books + a bonus calendar for $60... which breaks the books down at $10 a book (normally priced at $40 each). You still have to pay for shipping and if you have over 20 pages, you have to pay $1 per page. And then they have 8x8 deals to buy 5 books at a time for $30 total at the Buy It Now price which is $6 per book (regularly $29.99).
The only hitch is that the coupon codes you purchase do have an expiration (which is stated in the ebay purchase so you are aware of when it is.) So my advice is to prepare all your scrapbook pages or pictures and load them into Shutterfly. Then head to Ebay and purchase a stack of books at an awesome rate. Order them all at once to save on shipping (or wait until Shutterfly has a free shipping deal or something). And wah-la... a great deal!

Heather great find and thanks for sharing. Do you know if they have 12x12? So you do have an external hard drive or where do you store all your pages? Thanks for sharing your great find!
Thanks for sharing this! I haven't done a book on Shutterfly, but hope to soon. I will have to ask you all about it one of these days.
Hey Karri... Shutterfly does make 12x12 albums but I didn't see any codes for sale on Ebay. I wonder why?
Thanks for this great info Heath! I'm so glad there are wonderful people like you! Thanks again for getting Photoshop 6.0 for me. I need to get that book ordered and get it all out and get started. I'm excited!
