"mouth not working"

This morning Abe woke up with congestion and a croupy cough. He said 'mouth not working' meaning he couldn't talk normally. Then later he said, 'my face hurt' and pointed to the back of his head. I supposed he had a sinus headache. The poor kiddo hasn't been sick much lately and doesn't know how to explain his aches and pains and sickness. During quiet time he laid down on the couch and fell fast asleep. Poor Mr. Buster! (notice his 2 different colored Crocs - Nice Style Buddy!) Tonight he said, "mouth not working again...a little crazy" wondering why his voice was still not normal. Have you seen these Mucinex mini-melts? They are tinsy granules (not quite as tasty as pop rocks) but they are great for little ones who hate taking medicine. Hopefully this will help break up his congestion so he can talk like our little Abraham soon.

Poor kids and trying to communicate their sickness! And poor mommies when kids and moms are sick. Hope you all get feeling better :)

That is really cute how he said his mouth wasn't working. Get well soon, Abe.
