Today's Happiness

Just a few things that helped today be happier:
- thoughtfulness from friends and family
- Abe saying 'pllleassse' so cute
- Remembering this conversation from last week
Jimmy: "Why is Hannah whistling The Imperial Death March?"
Hannah: "I'm not whistling that, I'm whistling A Spoon full of sugar helps the medicine goes down."

- Abe taking a long nap
- Sharing a yummy fresh peach with Hannah
- Enjoying a tasty dinner with the missionaries. Thanks for putting the lasagna all together Jimmy!
- Abe insisting on putting his underwear on backwards or inside out. Not a battle I'm choosing to fight. Rather hilarious when he spends half the morning trying to make it fit properly on the behind.
- Jimmy buying me special pulp-free OJ. Helpful since I think I'm coming down with my first cold in months and months.
- Remembering Hannah's very serious comment yesterday, "Mama, I saw a picture of Jesus in my room and I thought I should make you a card to help you so you won't be sad anymore." Then she drew a cute flower and butterfly and sunshine with me and her in the picture.

I love Hannah whistling the Imperial Death March/Spoonful of Sugar song! That is too funny. And great job finding the happy moments. Sometimes it seems that the sad, frustrating moments fill the whole day. Good job finding the happiness in simple moments. And cute flower drawing from Hannah. She and Lexi would get along great, they could sit and color together. And Abe, Kyler and Porter could wrestle all day. What fun it would be to get together. I sure love ya! Have a good day.

P.S. Hope your cold gets better soon. It's never fun to be sick when you're a mom and have to keep going!

You can download the free software and turn your blog into a book... or should I say publish it into a book. Anyway, i hope you get feeling better. I know what it is like to be pregnant and sick on top of that! Take care.
