This week I bought a fresh pineapple for the first time ever. Can you even believe I've never bought one? I love, love fresh pineapple but I always wondered how to pick a good one and then how to go about cutting it. I had some fresh pineapple at a pampered chef party earlier this week and they were talking about how to cut it. So I bought one and it has been delicious! Such a perfect summer treat for me.
