This week we gave Hannah an early birthday present (a Dora Scooter) since her b-day is on a Sunday and we didn't think it would fit in the car for our adventure to Nauvoo. She loves her scooter. And we gave Abe his early Christmas present(a bike) so he wouldn't fight with Hannah over the scooter for 2 months. So these are pictures of the kids riding the bikes. Then Hannah took over the camera and took pictures of the boxes, dad, mom and Abe, and of herself. She has quite the artistic eye. She is generally a sweetheart lately too which is nice. Today when I was sweeping the garage she said, "Mom, You're the best." And I asked her why she said that. And she said, "Because you are the mom and you always work so hard." Soooo... that is the shining moment of today. It is nice to be appreciated.
