We just returned today from our trip to Maryland. We spent 32 hours in the car. With Hannah needing to go potty every 2 hours, that makes 16 or more trips to public restrooms ....definitely not my favorite part of the trip.
The highlights were the beautiful scenery on our drive, our mini hike, the fresh cool air, seeing the Smith Fam, Hannah & Abe playing with cousins, spending time with Jane & Seth, seeing the Christus and
D.C. temple, attending Tim & Allison's wedding (not to mention having the entire evening without the kids), and coming home. Though we love adventures and seeing family, there's no place like Home!
